I kind of like the wavy tubes on Pinarello’s road bikes, but this just looks awkward. Like the fork was an after thought.

Then it would look like a dozen other SS’s, I’ll assume that is not their objective with this project…The look is distinct…I suspect that has alot to do with it. I don’t think function really factors too deeply into this particular market segment. I salute any company who want to explore design…good or bad (which is often totally subjective anyways)

huh, lugged crabon seems to be pretty hot right now. i love the look. The lugs themselves are weird but good.
To me, the Diesel bike embodies trendhopping. I never liked the Diesel brand, so I may be biased, but I have a feeling the bike was made to be purchased and displayed, not ridden. I’m curious about its dynamics. Is it a flip-flop fixed/SS? And those straight bars, ugh.

I don’t see any reason why the top-tube has to be curved or the rear seat stays shortened – bike would have looked much better if the seat tube was curved around the rear wheel to shorten the wheel base.
The Pinarello forks on the road bikes always bothered me – although they probably had more function than the top-tube of this bike.
