		<description><![CDATA[Wow. That UCI article makes me pretty angry. That organization has managed to single-handedly stunt the development of the bicycle more than any other entity, especially in terms of creative engineering and design.

It&#039;s a similar story in the history of Formula 1 - the true innovators like Lotus&#039; Colin Chapman were always shut out and had truly brilliant ideas banned that would have moved the sport forward.

I can&#039;t even imagine the sort of bicycles that would be on the market today if the UCI wasn&#039;t there to crush innovation. There would be a lot more monocoques and disc brakes, that&#039;s for sure...]]></description>
