Certainly design ‘slash’ innovation was a recurring theme throughout his preso but it lacked any real “uuuumph” so to speak. Nonetheless, I think Specialized is doing the right thing for the bike industry by increasing the overall awareness of the bicycle as a “solution” to many “problems”
