Heyy, nice design, I'd ride it. I have a Santa Cruz Superlight set up for light downhill and freeride but if something gooooood came out I'd think about it. Hope u succeed.

Hi, first I want thank and congratulate you for this blog, it’s been a pleasure to read it; and also for posting my Demon bike. Second I would like to respond quickly to Mr. Stick N. Mudd it’s always nice to have some critics about your work, but… I think that as a designer you must dream! Dreaming make us go further on design.
So, Demon is a design experiment, a dream, a nice way to have a look into the future. But it is designed to be a real project, the bike has shell reinforced carbon fibred frame, that reduces weight and allows using a Gboxx system. Also the most important is, that you can work inside the frame!!!! ... If you have ever used a DH bike, you should know that it is not funny to break a 3000 US$ bike. That’s why this bike has a shell frame that permits the biker to reinforce the structure without modifying the exterior design; furthermore you can carry your tools in it.

Hope I could be clear about the intention on design: it’s a design experiment, a dream, a brief look into the future based on the Cannondale experience.

Sorry, but I have to say mean stuff.

As a product designer who has been through sponsored bicycle projects, this is an example of the kind of result that comes when a product guy designs something he doesn't know. I'm not up on all the details, but nothing I can make out is really of any use to Cannondale for an actual ride-it-down-a-mountain DH bike.

Yes,it's fun to dream, but dream about stuff that works better and still looks cool, too.

Those are some dope bikes! I really enjoy reading your blog; it always has great dialogue. I was wondering if your readers have heard anything about online carbon calculators. I am not an environmental nerd but I came across a couple, and with everyone going green these days I thought I would check out my footprint. I took my test at WWF.com, and the EPA site along with http://www.earthlab.com. Does anyone know about any other ones? Let me know, and it would be cool to hear any thoughts on these things. Oh and I think Earthlab.com is the best site it has the easiest calculator to use and they are doing stuff with the super bowl, spinning football and global warming together is pretty impressive.
