I lied

I just said that I wouldn’t post again for a while, but that was before I saw this article on Pez. Edmond Hood writes about his six favorite time trial bikes from this year’s Giro. The article is worth checking out, even if only to see the shots of the Quickstep team Time carbon bike. What a beautiful machine; I love the way the forks flow into the frame’s headtube. This bike looks great just sitting there on its stand. The Time is my favorite bike on this list hands down, but all of these bikes look great. If I had to pick a least favorite (I don’t have to but I still will) it would have to be the Look. It is still a nice bike, but it just doesn’t have the same visual impact as the other five. So my favorite and least favorite bikes out of this bunch are both French. Coincidence? Yeah, probably.

BMC… all the way, then time but trek dead last… I dont know if you had the chance to take a look at the clip posted on the velonews web site regarding CSC and Phonak TT bikes at the Tour de Georgia; it’s worth the 2 minutes!
